Catherine has over 15 years experience working with charities and non-profits in Ireland and the UK, including Barnardos Ireland, ClientEarth, Compassion in World Farming, Dementia UK, Doctors of the World, Dogs Trust Ireland, Greenpeace International, Refugee Action, Reprieve and Sightsavers International.

Catherine specialises in delivering effective strategies that help organisations use the power of digital to grow and engage their audiences. 
As Digital Communications Manager for Refugee Action, Catherine set the digital strategy and infrastructure that allowed the organisation to grow its supporter database from 15k to 60k over 3 years. The digital fundraising programme she developed recruited 10,000 opted-in supporters in its first 6 months, with donation page conversion rates of 75%. 

Catherine has worked extensively with digital mobilisation agencies including Forward Action and More Onion to deliver multiple digital fundraising projects that recruited thousands of new supporters and donors.
